Mangalore Cuisines Will be Comming Soon...

  In the Indian state of Karnataka's southwest region is the coastal city of Mangalore. South Indian, Konkan, and Tuluva cuisines are combined to create the city's unique and well-known food. A broad variety of ingredients, including coconut, shellfish, and various spices, are used in the spicy, sour, and savory dishes that are characteristic of Mangalorean cuisine.
